He has held strategic, tactical, and operational roles in some of the world's most demanding environments, navigating cultural complexity, organisational change, and high-stakes delivery at every level.
What he built along the way was not a theory of leadership — it was a practical toolkit: the frameworks, habits, and conversations that actually move people and organisations forward. Emmy Leadership Development exists to pass that toolkit on.
